YORIA Technologies was founded with a clear thesis: most AI products fail not because of the technology, but because they're not grounded in real operational problems.

The AI Workplace Simulator emerged from seeing too many capable people unable to land roles because they couldn't demonstrate competence — not because they lacked it. Every product YORIA builds starts from a problem like that: specific, human, and solvable with the right system.
